Her distinguished career began with the U.S. Department of Defense, where she spent 15 years in high-level leadership roles across the Army’s Program Executive Offices and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Managing acquisition policy, complex budgeting, and national cross-functional programs—including budgeting for 27 distinct enterprise systems—Christina became a premier expert in high-stakes, highly structured environments.
In 2024, she transitioned into the private sector as Chief Operating Officer for JANSON, a prominent strategic communications firm, before stepping into executive fractional leadership. Today, she serves as Fractional COO and co-leader of Your Executive Partner, a boutique consultancy built to give small and mid-sized companies access to high-level marketing and operations strategy without the traditional overhead of full-time hires. The firm is rooted in operational flexibility, bringing together vetted networks of talent to help clients SOAR—Strategize, Organize, Align, and Run.
