Throughout his career, Jay has held senior management roles in both small family-owned businesses and Fortune 500 companies, consistently demonstrating his ability to lead teams and drive revenue growth. His deep knowledge of financial strategy includes lending structures, cross-collateralization transactions, commercial loans, and investment counseling.
Previously, Jay worked with some of the country’s largest financial institutions and successfully secured nearly $40 million in federal grants. His experience also extends to contract negotiations and go-to-market pricing strategies, helping businesses thrive in both domestic and international markets. Jay’s ability to counsel executives on financial strategies and business transactions has made him a trusted advisor across industries.
