She currently serves as the Manager of Operations for Hospital-Based Clinicians in Springfield, Missouri, where she leads a dynamic team of clinical and operational personnel across multiple high-stakes departments.
Kara’s deep background at Mercy includes serving as a Senior Systems Analyst, where she engineered advanced operational workflows, as well as holding key leadership roles within human resources and corporate recruitment. This unique blend of workforce logistics, behavioral analysis, and healthcare operations provides her with an exceptional ability to navigate intricate organizational structures and streamline communication pathways.
