Chief Marketing Partner

Sara Lamason brings over two decades of elite marketing leadership to Incend Media, blending deep agency roots with powerhouse corporate experience. She serves as the Chief Marketing Partner for the collective while simultaneously directing her own firm, Your Executive Partner—a fractional CMO company that supports high-growth businesses nationwide with executive-level marketing frameworks.

Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Sara spent nearly 12 years at The Walt Disney Company, most recently serving as Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy for Walt Disney World’s Domestic Sales Division. In this role, she led the Distribution Marketing Strategy team, directed multi-million-dollar campaigns, and represented Disney globally as Chairperson of Visit Orlando’s Global Marketing Committee. Her strategic footprint includes driving pivotal brand milestones, including the historic Disney Springs rebrand and the massive commercial launch of Pandora – The World of Avatar.

Sara’s earlier career features high-level agency tenure as a Senior Account Manager at Knight Agency, where she managed international portfolios across more than 15 countries, as well as marketing leadership at House of Blues Orlando, where she engineered integrated campaigns across complex lines of business.

At Incend Media, Lamason’s approach is deeply strategic, data-driven, and people-first. She integrates her deep corporate mastery directly into the Strategic Reach and Revenue Acceleration pillars of the Incend Media Growth Framework™. By helping clients seamlessly align brand identity, audience targeting, and multi-channel execution, she ensures that visibility converts directly into sustainable customer acquisition and long-term business momentum.

Outside of orchestrating growth systems, Sara is a dedicated wife, mom, and animal lover. She spends her downtime volunteering with dog and horse rescues, relaxing at the beach, or traveling with her family and their four-legged companions—Annie, Boomer, and Topaz.
